Yes!!! I re-sat the 070-229 exam (Designing and Implementing Databases with Microsoft SQL Server Enterprise Edition) this morning an passed it with a score of 839.On my first attempt I worked out I only failed by one or two questions. I had done a fair bit of prep but didn’t do very well in the performance and optimization sections of the exam. After failing the first time I just did heaps of sample exams and focused study on the areas I did poorly in in the exam. Transcender and TestKing again were invaluable.
I think the next exam I start prep for is 070-315 ( Developing and Implementing Web Applications with Microsoft Visual C# .NET and Visual Studio).
I’ve also worked out that because of the order in which I’ve chosen to do the exams I won’t qualify for MCAD until after I do my 4th exam as the first two are both considered electives under MCAD. At least then I’ll only have to do one more exam and I be MCSD as well.
